Steps to Schedule an Appointment Choose a Service:

  • Choose a Service: Decide on the type of cleaning service you require—whether it's a onetime deep clean, regular maintenance cleaning, or specialized service.

  • Select a Date and Time: Check your calendar and choose a few options for when you would like the cleaning to take place. Southern Bell Cleaning offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

  • Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide details about your home or office, such as the size, the number of rooms, and any specific areas that require special attention.

  • Confirm Appointment: Once you've submitted your request, a representative will confirm your appointment via phone or email, ensuring all your needs are understood and met.

  • Prepare for Your Cleaning: On the day of your appointment, please ensure clear access to areas that need cleaning and secure any fragile items. If there are any pets, we kindly ask that they are put away for our staff safety as well as to ensure we get you a spotless clean.

Booking:

  1. Please let us know at least 48hours in advance if a cancellation is needed or needing a scheduling change. We are happy to work with our clients on any changes needed. We are here for you.

  2. A $20 deposit will be required at booking to hold your spot, if canceled before or by 48hours you will receive your deposit back in full ($20). If not given proper time, you will lose your deposit.

  3. All deposits ($20) will go towards your cleaning service fee.

  4. Payment will be due after cleaning services are completed.
